All construction projects must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for review and approval prior to the start of construction. The objective of the ARC is to ensure all projects within Elk Ridge Estates maintain a high quality of finished product and an end result that the entire community will find aesthetically pleasing.
Once design is complete for your project, the next step is to submit your plans to the ARC for review. Each review requested will require a fee of $250. When submitting for review please include payment and all related documents (architectural drawings, DESC plan, landscaping plan and ARC application).
